- Fulfillment Trigger: Orders are fulfilled when your "available credits" are above 0 and your Fulfillment status is active (not paused).
- Add Credits Anytime: Use the "Add Credits" button to top up your credits (minimum 4 credits) whenever you like.
- Pause Fulfillment: Use the "Fulfillment Pause/Resume" button to toggle your fulfillment status between active and paused.
- Gift a Fulfillment: Use the "On-demand Fulfillment" to gift a roast to your friend! (not available for local delivery)
- Switch Subscription Plan: Use the "Switch Subscription Plan" option to toggle between Classic and Express plans
- Roast Selection:
- Rotating (default): Each fulfillment follows the scheduled roast calendar.
- Fixed Roast (optional): If you choose a roast in Update Your Subscription Preferences, you’ll receive that same roast every fulfillment until you change that selection.
- Fulfillment Schedule:
- Classic Plan: around the 5th of each month.
- Express Plan: around the 5th & 20th of each month.
