We roast in small batches and handle every order personally to ensure quality and peak freshness. We suggest coffee tastes best 4 to 14 days after roasting, we don't roast your beans until your order is placed. When you reach out, we’ll schedule a roast date that aligns with shipping so your coffee arrives right in that sweet spot. To order, just send us an email with what you'd like and where to send it—simple as that.
