Regular & Credit Fulfillments – Regular fulfillments follow our roast schedule (around the 5th and 20th each month). Credit fulfillments let you redeem a roast anytime—perfect for when you’re running low, traveling, or gifting outside the normal schedule.

What is the Teton Roast Club?

The Teton Roast Club is our flexible coffee subscription for those who live life a little off-schedule. Whether you roast through a bag every week or every few, TRC adapts to your rhythm—bringing fresh, small-batch coffee right when you’re ready for it.

How does the subscription work?

It’s simple and flexible: choose your plan, load up on credits, and decide when to redeem them. We roast on or around the 5th and 20th of each month. You can schedule, skip, pause, or gift any upcoming fulfillment—no rigid timelines or wasted roasts.

What if my coffee schedule is irregular?

No problem. Your credits never expire, so you can redeem them whenever it fits your calendar—weekly, monthly, or seasonally. Traveling? Pause anytime. Back in town? Resume and redeem instantly for the next roast day. You’re always in control of when your coffee ships or is picked up.

Can I use my credits to send a gift?

Absolutely. You can apply any of your credits toward a gift fulfillment—shipping a roast to someone special on the next available roast day. You can even add a custom gift note, making it perfect for birthdays, holidays, or “just because” surprises. It’s your coffee, your call.

What’s the difference between regular and credit fulfillments?

Regular fulfillments follow the standard TRC roasting schedule—typically on or around the 5th and 20th of each month. Credit fulfillments are more flexible: you can redeem your credits anytime to receive (or send) a roast on the next available roast day, regardless of the subscription cycle.

Either type of fulfillment can be shipped to your own address or gifted to someone else. Just choose where it should go, and we’ll take care of the rest. Regular fulfillments keep your coffee rhythm steady; credit fulfillments let you adjust on the fly or surprise a friend.

How does local pickup work?

Just leave your Pickup Instructions when redeeming a credit—like “porch drop,” “pond hockey hand-off,” or “leave at the golf course clubhouse.” We’ll follow your notes so your roast is waiting where and when it’s most convenient for you.

Do subscribers save money?

Yes—members automatically receive $2 off every roast. Minimum 4 roasts per load to activate the discount. Plus, credits can be used for regular fulfillments or gifts alike, so your savings travel as far as your generosity does.

Can I pause or adjust my plan?

Definitely. Hit pause whenever you need a break, or jump back in anytime. Adjust, redeem, or gift on your terms—your subscription moves at your speed.
